Yes, if the tiles are firmly bonded and the slope is correct. We replace the grout with epoxy grout and seal the junctions. If water is pooling or the tiles are hollow, the floor needs to be re-laid to the right slope.
Epoxy grouting and joint sealing usually take a day. Slope correction with a new screed and coating takes 2 to 3 days including curing time.
We use UV-stable coatings designed for exposed surfaces. A light-coloured top coat also keeps the balcony cooler underfoot.
