We check the concrete strength, moisture, cracks and joints, and discuss the traffic, loads and chemicals on the floor.
Surface preparation
The floor is ground or shot-blasted to open the concrete and remove weak surface layers and contamination.
Crack & joint repair
Cracks and damaged joints are repaired and levelled with epoxy mortar.
Primer & floor system
Primer, then the epoxy, PU or self-levelling layers to the specified thickness.
Top coat & curing
Anti-skid or gloss top coat and line marking if required, then curing before traffic is allowed.

Epoxy is very hard and chemical-resistant and suits most warehouses and workshops. PU is more flexible and handles heat and temperature changes better, so it suits kitchens, cold rooms and areas cleaned with hot water.
It depends on the area and system. Many warehouse floors are done in sections over a few days so the rest of the space can keep working.
Light foot traffic is usually possible after about a day. Forklift traffic needs the full cure, typically several days depending on the system. We confirm this in the schedule.
Yes, as long as the concrete is structurally sound. Cracks and damaged areas are repaired during preparation before the coating is applied.
