Why tile joints leak
Ordinary cement grout is porous. Within a few years it absorbs water, cracks, crumbles and collects dirt, and every open joint lets water pass under the tiles into the slab below. In bathrooms and balconies this is one of the most common causes of leakage into the flat below.

Check the tiles
We confirm the tiles are firmly bonded; hollow tiles are re-fixed first.
Rake out old grout
Old cement grout is removed to a proper depth with a grout-cutting tool, without damaging the tile edges.
Clean & dry the joints
Joints are vacuumed and dried so the epoxy bonds fully.
Fill with epoxy grout
Two-part epoxy grout is mixed and pressed into the joints, then the tile surface is cleaned before it sets.
Cure
The grout is left to cure before the area is used, usually by the next day.
